Pay what you spend is a new TelBiz Teh service fee system for the maintenance and support of informational communication systems
TelBiz Teh services are suited for small and medium sized businesses in development
Interventional maintenance is performed on a special request basis and is done in response to issues and concerns raised by users
Teleklik provides the upkeep of ICT equipment for the current user

ICT equipment maintenance ensures quality, time and money savings, as well as security

Teleklik team responds to user-reported problems by providing an emergency intervention within four (4) hours.
The unit used to measure the cost for TelBiz Teh service is an hour of time spent working, and billing is done by adding the total number of hours.
A TelBiz Teh client under contract will be given a billing invoice listing all of the interventions performed within the month discounted by 40%.
In case no client interventions are performed within the month, TelBiz Teh service is not counted in the final invoice.

About interventional maintenance of ICT systems inside businesses – TelBiz Teh

Interventional maintenance of ICT systems can be defined as maintenance per request, or whenever the need arises. Interventional maintenance of informational communications systems is done when specific indicators are signaling a possible systems issue, in a machine or a device, or when similar indicators show a decline in performance.

„Pay what you spend“ is a new fee system for Teleklik maintenance services, and is best suited for small and medium sized businesses.
This approach to ICT systems maintenance is done by directly responding to issues and concerns raised by users.
TelBiz Teh services include interventional equipment maintenance, but in accordance to specific servicing TIERS.
A unit used to calculate billing is one hour (of time spent working) and billing is finalized by adding up all the appropriate hours.
At the end of the month a client is given a billing invoice listing all the interventions performed within that month, along with supporting documentation for the work completed.
If the client agrees to signing a Contract lasting a minimum of 12 months, they are granted a discount of 40%.
In case no client interventions are performed within the month, service is not counted in the final invoice.

TIER I – TECHNICIAN

• Maintenance of computers and computer accessories
• Problem diagnostics
• Replacement of hardware components, thermal pastes
• Dusting of hardware components
• Cleaning and replacement of cooling fans, motherboards, case interiors, power sources, memory, graphic cards
• Aged cable replacements, cleaning of auxiliary equipment
• Computer installation and startup
• Registering hardware to the help desk ticketing system (entering components into the help desk system) Note: In case the equipment or any components are purchased through a 3rd party, Teleklik cannot guarantee their functionality
• Software maintenance (system and application)
• Installing, adjusting and updating operating systems and applications
• Removal of malicious files and applications, installation and updating of antivirus and antimalware software
• Optimization and system recovery in the event of failed reinstallation due to a presence of business applications and other essential software (unnecessary files removal, optimization of hard discs and temporary files, operating system repairs)
• Creation and testing of backup functions (operating system and user data backup, testing the functionality of backup content)
• Update checks on user passwords
• Driver and software installation for support equipment and accessories
• Organizing resource allocations within the local network Note: business application maintenance is excluded, as well as maintenance for any support databases and any other elements in connection with business applications
• Active networking equipment maintenance
• Configuration (basic adjustments, LAN, WAN, IP Address, DHCP, NAT)
• Small business networking equipment facilitation
• Passive networking equipment maintenance
• Implementation and setup of various cables (structural cables, horizontal cables, UTP plug installation, splitter utilities, port and plug activation, connecting of patch cables)
• Upgrading the existing cable infrastructure (repairing items and areas related to networking connections, cable implementation, replacement of aged cables and connectors)
Note: material expenses are added to total cost.

TIER II – ENGINEER

• Maintenance of servers and server equipment
• Hardware maintenance

• Aged cable replacement, accessory cleanup, computer installation and startup
• Cleaning and replacement of cooling fans, motherboards, case interiors, power sources, memory, graphic cards
• Checkups for hardware configuration, disc capacity, network interface
• Checkups regarding the functionality of management tools
• Functionality reviews related to RAID configurations
• Software maintenance
• Operating system installation and configuration (Installing the OS with basic configuration and services, startup)
• Review and analysis of operating system logs (with the intent of discovering potential servicing errors)
• Uptime system checkup
• Disc space and capacity checkup
• RAM memory usage and functionality checkup
• Software politics review (review of applications and active services)
• Creation and implementation of backup (implementation of regular and periodic backup as well as one-time backup)
• Server analysis and performance review
• Maintenance of active networking equipment
• Installation, configuration, adjustments, and upkeep of advanced and professional active networking equipment and services (Firewall, Cisco, Palo Alto equipment-configuration and adjustments)
